Go to Track Order in the header, or open My Account → Orders. Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive an AWB number and a live tracking link by email and WhatsApp.

No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, earn loyalty points and manage returns.
Orders can be cancelled from My Account → Orders any time before they are packed. Once shipped, you can refuse delivery or raise a return after delivery.
Shipping is free on prepaid orders above the threshold shown in your cart. Below that, a nominal charge is calculated by weight and delivery zone.
