Return window

Items can be returned within the return window shown on each product page, provided tags are intact and the product is unused.

Raise a request from My Account → Orders → Return. A reverse pickup is scheduled within 48 hours where serviceable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of quality check, or instantly to wallet if you choose that option.
